Cliff Wagner has been licensed in North Carolina since 2000. He moved to Wilmington in 2003 and now resides in Leland. He received his Bachelors of Science in Surveying in 2015 and his small UAV Pilots license in 2023. He has performed Title / Boundary surveys, elevation certificates, subdivisions, route surveys and more. His drone experience includes site videos, panoramic photos. rectified orthophotos, and creating DTM and DSM’s for clients
